Born on January 3, 1963 in the village of Artabuynk (before Yeghegis) in the Vayots Dzor province.

2004 - Graduated from the Academy of State Administration of the Republic of Armenia. State administration and local self-government specialist. Candidate of Economic Sciences, Professor of YELU.

1986 -1987 - Head of the mine construction plant of building materials of Vayk.

Author of one monograph and numerous scientific articles.
