Born on February 29, 1984 in St. Petersburg (RF).
2003 -2005 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.
2003 - Graduated from the Department of Political Science of the Faculty of International Relations of the Yerevan State University.
2007 - MS degree of the same Faculty. Politician.
2017 - 2019 - Member of the National Assembly (electoral district #10, “Tsarukyan” alliance of parties). Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security of the National Assembly.
2017 - 2019 - Member of the Delegation of the National assembly of the Republic of Armenia to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.
Member of the “Tsarukyan” faction.
December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #10 of the “Prosperous Armenia” party.
Married, with three children.
