Born on November 14, 1960 in the village of Gndevaz in the Azizbekov region (now Vayots dzor province).

2007 - Awarded the Honourable Medal “Saint Grigor Lusavorich” (Mother See of Holy Etcgmiadzin).
2015 - Awarded the second rank Medal “For Services Contributed to Fatherland.”
